Introduction

Polyclinic service is being offered to about 14,000 patients annualy. An average of 2750 operations are performed annually in the  Department of General Surgery which has an inpatient service with capacity of 90 beds. Our department provides services with four specialized units in the fields of Breast and Endocrine Diseases, Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary System Diseases and Liver Transplantation, Colon-Rectal Diseases and Peritoneal Cancers, Upper Gastrointestinal System Diseases, Obesity Surgery and Kidney Transplantation.
